Through subconscious work, Hannah helps clients bust limiting beliefs, step out of old pain stories, and experience powerful shifts that reconnect them with their authentic selves. In addition to her 1:1 hypnosis and coaching work, she brings embodiment practices like hoopdance, gentle movement, and self-hypnosis to retreats and group experiences
Sherrie Papa — Family Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Functional Wellness Practitioner
As a mom of three, Sherrie is passionate about helping women and families find true whole-body wellness, not just symptom management. Her work blends chiropractic care, acupuncture, and holistic bodywork to restore balance in the nervous system and support emotional and physical healing.
Where This Enriching Day Will Unfold
This retreat takes place at Young Harvest Farm, a beautiful 18-acre property in Arrington, TN. Surrounded by rolling hills and vibrant fall colors, it’s the perfect setting to pause, reset, and reconnect. There will be opportunity to venture together to a gorgeous scenic lookout — an invitation to reflection and presence.
You’ll also be nourished with fresh, farm-to-table meals, homegrown right on the farm and lovingly prepared by Chelsea. Her seasonal creations are as beautiful as they are delicious — a true highlight of the day.

This retreat blends practices that restore balance to both body and the deeper mind, creating harmony across multiple systems at once. Each modality is powerful on its own, but together the combination supports a deeper body awareness, gently eases stress, quiets the overworked mind, and opens space for deeper alignment, clarity, relief, and allows for a more sustainable shift.

We’re keeping this intentionally small and intimate (13 participants). You’ll feel seen and supported in a safe circle. Sharing is optional—this isn’t therapy. But the coherence of the group often brings insights and healing you didn’t know you needed.

We meet you exactly where you’re at. This retreat is about reconnecting with yourself. You’ll never be asked to subscribe to a belief system.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in — yoga or lounge wear works perfectly for stretching, mindful movement, and hoopdance. We recommend bringing:
Layers to stay comfortable as temperatures shift throughout the fall day
Walking shoes (there’s an optional 8-minute walk to a beautiful lookout and picnic reflection area on the farm, and if we take hoopdance outdoors, you’ll want good footwear)
Water bottle
Farm-to-table meals will be provided. Everything else is taken care of for you so you can simply arrive and enjoy.
